Performance Features

Excellent adhesion to metal, glass and cellulose substrates
Enhances water resistance, grease resistance and solvent resistance of coatings and adhesives
Suitable for extrusion coating, foil laminate, special paper coating, and paper sizing agent
Ideal for heat seal coating, bonding coating and primer for nonwoven adhesives
Can be used as heat-activated adhesive in heat transfer anti-sticking coatings

Application Guidelines

Coated by flexographic or gravure coating systems
System viscosity: EZ cup viscosity - #3 cup, 8 to 13 seconds
Recommended coating weight: 0.5 to 2.0g wet weight per square meter
Shake well before use to ensure product uniformity
Test compatibility with other substances in advance, especially considering pH value
